Villa Nonita, Tagaytay

Last October 2018, my sister Hannah tied the knot with Dennis and it was one of the most memorable and most enchanted wedding that I was privileged to witness and be a part of. The wedding was held in Caleruega Church and for three days during the wedding celebrations, we stayed at the popular Greek-inspired private hotel-resort in Tagaytay -- Villa Nonita.

Villa Nonita in Tagaytay has an unobstructed view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.
Villa Nonita gives off an enchanting Greek Santorini vibe and gives you a full view of the nearby Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.  The several houses of Villa Nonita are fully furnished for a comfortable stay and decorated in rustic Greek theme -- perfect for a dreamy staycation with family or friends and a great location for photo shoots too.

We were tired from our travel and busy with some pre-wedding activities so I wasn't able to take proper photos of Villa Nonita.  But just minutes before we leave for home, I remembered to document the place so I took some video.  Ignore the low quality footage (I'm just using my Oppo phone) and it was raining a bit at the time too so we were in a hurry (and running), thus, the jumpy vid.  Anyway, watch the video below so you can have an idea how truly beautiful Villa Nonita is.

From this hotel-resort is an amazing view of Taal Volcano and Taal lake.  Every inch of the place is truly Instagram worthy, every piece inside the house deserves a solo shot -- but I wasn't able to explore everything because of our wedding excitement.  Anyway, here are some of the photos I did manage to take during our stay at the private vacation villa.

I snapped a photo when we arrived at Villa Nonita.

The place is fully furnished in rustic Greek style, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the kitchen in each mini-villa are equipped so you can prepare your own food.  The main villa, however, has the nicest dining area.

My brother and I shared a room. This was my bed before I jumped in to snooze.

Some interesting accent pieces inside Villa Nonita.

Wedding day photoshoot.

All of Hannah's pics turned out awesome.  She was gorgeous in every photo.

Pool!

Took this photo from the balcony of the main villa.

Villa Nonita has well maintained gardens. I passed this one on our way up to the roof deck.

Borrowed this awesome sunset photo of Villa Nonita from Bryan.

Solo shot for The Pinoy Wanderer, ahem...

We were in Tagaytay to witness and celebrate the love of two people, Dennis and Hannah, and this celebration of love was made even more memorable because of Villa Nonita.  Villa Nonita is a great place for creating memories with people you love, have a private vacation with your family and friends; and an awesome location for photo or video shoots too. Indeed, a place for creating unique moments, where dreams are made even when you're awake.

Thanks again Bryan Sanchez for allowing me to use some of your photos.  And thank you Dennis and Hannah (@mrdenniscaadan and @nananahbanana on IG) for such a magical wedding that touched our hearts and for the memories we will cherish for a long long time.

That's all for now, hope you enjoyed the photos!  If you have any thoughts, feel free to drop a message on the comments' section below.  See you on my next wandering!
